The thing that I like most about the app is the overall intuitive feel it has. It works like you think it should. And I also like the tree based layout – it let’s you create as simple or as complex a structure as you wish to. A large number of my short to-do’s turn into projects before I realize it. But that’s not a problem with TaskPilot, because it can change on the fly with me.
One other thing I’ll mention — for folks like me who spend a LOT of time in front of a PC, the ability to change the skins in the application to give it a different flavor is very nice… that makes it a little more personal.

I use Taskpilot as my task Info-management tool. The ability to link files to Outlook emails to folders rather than tasks allows you to hold all related info together, independent of tasks. The support response is simply terrific. This software is totally worth more than the licence-fee, and takes no time in becoming your primary tasklist tool. Very Highly Recommended!!

I have worked with many time management tools in my time and this is unequivocally the most seamless system that I've seen! TaskPilot is very robust, fast and comprehensive. I have found it to not only meet my expectations, but to go far beyond and exceed them.
The different layers of TaskPilot allow prioritization beyond the typical, high level 1, 2, 3's serve my needs very well because I can customize them to suit my lifestyle and workstyle. Additionally, the ability to link unlimited documents, pictures and virtually any file type to individual tasks is a fantastic feature, not to mention the real-time updating! Not only is this product the best combination of other task and time management applications but it has many new features and is totally customizable. I have free-rein to customize the screen design and layout to suit my needs and the things that I do most frequently. I can also customize all the priorities, terms, categories, etc. There is no question that this full feature system is the best!
TaskPilot is very user friendly, intuitive and usable by the novice to the most computer savvy of people. The help files are thorough and detailed making any task or customization a snap. There is no question that TaskPilot is far superior to any other applications of this type. I for one, am not only satisfied, but I am TaskPilot's Number One Fan!!!

This program is very intuitive, and very easy to use. They have done a very good job by adding the functionality of linking files with tasks. In my opinion this software is superior to the Task Management found in Outlook in many aspects. I would recommend this product to anybody looking for an easy to use and intuitive task management program.

Easy to understand. Using the Microsoft Windows Explorer layout is easy to use. Folders have Tasks. Each folder can have subfolders...and so on. The ability to add subtasks is also a nice feature. Something other software hasn't been able to do yet.

Goes far beyond the features provided by Outlook for time management.. I like the ability to use multiple databases, allowing me to separate my work and personal tasks.. TaskPilot provides the tools to fully manage every aspect of my schedule, even providing a choice of skins for a customized look and feel.
